sorry ive been gone for some time

im starting a detox tomorrow (cleanse) so ill be back to posting daily

oh the joys of trying to stay healthy!!!

havent written in a while…

breakfast- smoothie *no coffee (contained: greek yogurt, honey, blueberrys, banana, strawberrys, peanut better)

snack- hand full of dried cranberrys and a jello cup

lunch- french bread pizza slice with a half of bagel w. c/c.

snack- m&ms

dinner- eggs, sausage, potatos, english muffin with jello & acai berry juice

exercise- 100 jumping Jacks, 50 crunches, 10 push ups

april 9th

ate- ham salad on wheat wrap with a pear

drank- coffee, coffee, cofee

exercise- 30 mins cardio, 30 crunches.

day before easter

lunch- spoonful of egg salad on 1/2 an english muffin with slice of tomato on top, with arizona green tea with honey and genseng.

dinner- salad from applebees with an unsweetened iced tea

…. walked around stores for 3 hours tonight since I was feeling friendless, ended up buying the green tea supplements I wanted starting them tomorrow…

march 29

breakfast- smoothie

snack- slimfast

lunch- veggie chips, piece of turkey hoagie, dried fruit/nuts.

* Ive been craving foods and then when I have the oppurtunity to eat it, I dont like it so I go back to munching… so frustrating

exercise- 30 crunches, and buterflys

dinner- mongolin grill just noodles and shrimp, we a side of shrimp with calfornia sushi. only had water

exercise 30 mins cardio

March 28

Breakfast- Smoothie, & 2 Fig Cookies

Lunch- Hotdog with mustard with Veggie Chips

Snack- jelly beans

Dinner- ground beef with taco seasoning with melted cheese and salsa

Exercise- 30mins cardo then my circuit training.

breakfast- 3 egg whites 2 sausages, rye bread with V8

lunch- greek yogurt with granola, and a few peices of dark chocolate

dinner- homemade taco salad * from sundays leftovers

& a green tea lemonade.

breakfast- slimfast 180 cal

lunch- 2 hotdogs with mustard no bread, & a banana

snack- gummibears and jelly beans

dinner- baked ziti and salad

exercise- 30 mins eliptical. 3 sets of 10 pushups, 10 sit ups, 10 air squats.

march 25

breakfast 160z coffee (2 sweet n low & cream)

lunch- ham and cheese with mustard on jewish rye

snack- home made- chocolate, peanut better smoothie.]\

dinner- made homemade taco’s with a cheese quasadilla

march 23

woke up and went and got my hair cut and deep conditioned, came home and gave kyllian and wyllow a bath, now getting ready to go to lunch with my parents at shay’s irish cafe, and then rushing home to go tanning at 4 with lauren before heading to AC for a buffet dinner party for dans 30th bithday. so now food tracking today all I’m going to say is its 80 out side today and motivation to choose the right foods to stay lean for this summer is the only thing on my mind.
